Nia Carrillo is a Holistic Nutritionist with a specialization in Mindful Eating and Emotional/Spiritual Healing. With her Master’s in Human Nutrition and certifications in Reiki, Breathwork, NLP, and Yoga, she combines the science of the body to the practices of energy healing.
After struggling with her weight as a teenager, Nia realized her body’s imbalances were a response and protection mechanism to the childhood trauma she experienced. Over the last 16 years, Nia has dedicated her life to healing both physically and emotionally and now helps other women do the same.
Her mission is to help women end diets, emotional eating while empowering them to eat mindfully and heal the heavy emotions that get in the way of living the life they deserve.
