At just 13 years old, I struggled with my weight, tipping the scale at over 225 pounds and not a single clue on how to take care of my body. Losing weight felt impossible. Food was my comfort and exercise wasn’t fun.

Because I lacked the education and accountability, I yo-yo dieted for a decade. I was very friendly with fad diets and disordered eating, including carb restriction, calorie counting, and even using diet pills & laxatives.

It wasn’t until my early 20s that I healed my relationship to food and my body. Along my healing journey I realized that my body struggles stemmed from my trauma of being given up at birth by my mother & witnessing my father be incarcerated at two years old.

My healing and return to my soul led me to getting my M.S. in Nutrition, along with certifications in yoga, reiki, and breathwork, to really help women transform their bodies and souls. I use my intuition and my education to help you live a live that is both spiritually and physically healthy.

FAQs

 

Will this program help me lose weight?

Great question! I do not guarantee weight loss nor do I make the scale our main focus when working together. I believe weight loss to be just a result to a deeper healing with your body. With that said, while this isn’t a “weight-loss program,” it’s not uncommon for my clients to see a reduction in inflammation and their weight after getting proper nutrition & wellness advice from a professional (that’s me!)

Is it okay if I don’t live in the U.S.?

Yes! I work with clients all over the world. Our groups sessions will be held through Zoom and recorded to watch at a later time.

Does your mindful eating approach work if I have serious health conditions like T2 Diabetes?

Yes. I utilize mindful eating with plant-based nutrition to provide you a nutritious and sustainable way of eating, in addition to incorporating emotional healing to help you reduce stress and gain control over your health.

How much are your services?

I’ve never tried energy healing, what is it?

Energy healing is a blanket term for the many healing modalities that I’m trained in, including yoga, meditation, reiki, and breath work. These are tools that will help us get straight to the root of why it’s difficult to find self-love or why you might even subconsciously self-sabotage. If you’re tired of starting over and ready to reclaim self-love, energy healing is my tried and true approach to this.
